So how did we started a business that offers commercial cleaning services??? I still remember it like it was yesterday. Luis and I met while working for a well-known retirement community in Monroe, NJ. He was a maintenance supervisor for the club house working for a Maintenance Services company that was hired to do the cleaning at the clubhouse. I was the night time concierge. Luis started working as a cleaner learned his craft inside and out and was undoubtingly qualified to be promoted to the Supervisor within a few years. As the Supervisor he ran a crew of cleaners, had daily dealings with the managers and business men from the Maintenance Service company he worked for. He learned the business from the ground up and enjoyed what he did. Loved being in the field, furthering his knowledge in both the cleaning, maintenance and business aspect. He left his position as a Supervisor after 12 years on the job to start his own business, and we have been blossoming ever since.
